Possibly, the most critical challenge in the process of designing a new space is the skill of aligning the area and the business strategically.

For this reason, we developed for Aerolíneas Ejecutivas a concept of experience that maintained the value proposal of the Brand, strengthening the emotional closeness with their current clients and inviting new clients to bond with the Brand.
The retail-focused on differentiating Aerolíneas Ejecutivas from its competitors. We benefited from its spaces to develop a more prestigious and a higher status model, we improved its internal signaling and generated consistency in the experiences related to the Brand (areas, behaviors, services, etc…) Along with the Space architects, we developed a schematic design, its basic concept, the executive project, and the Brand’s architectural direction.
